Ah, you have to understand your body. Unfortunately, everything for me started differently than I wanted. I had strange pains in my lower abdomen. I went to the doctor; she erred on the side of caution and diagnosed an early pregnancy and a threatened miscarriage. Without much thought they admitted me to the hospital and immediately operated on me on suspicion of an ectopic pregnancy. They didn't find one. And now I'm sitting here with three stitches and thinking, "what was I whining about — I should've waited a bit, and I probably wouldn't have suffered two weeks of postoperative problems" ((( but what if it had been different, what if it really had been an ectopic and the tube had ruptured and I ended up like my neighbors with their tubes and ovaries removed. You watch and hear so much and it's really scary. What now ?
