Girls, I'm asking for help from those who have experienced lactostasis! I've been nursing one breast for four days now and there's a huge lump in it! My daughter can't drain it, even though I try applying her in different directions, a breast pump, massage under a hot shower, warm compresses - none of them work. Cold compresses only help temporarily relieve the pain. I'm already desperate ? I've scheduled an appointment with a lactation consultant, but the earliest appointment is on Sunday. Until then, I don't know what will happen, just hoping it doesn't get worse. Please help me, what can I do?
