Hello everyone! Has anyone on my period started having problems with their nose? How do you treat it? A few weeks ago, I got stuffy and had a runny nose. Now there's no runny nose, but just since then, my nose gets stuffed up, especially when lying down, most often one nostril. Nothing helps: not Aqua Maris, not Pine Sol, nor with a star to breathe. Only vasoconstrictors help. But I know they're dangerous. So I sit and suffer. Maybe someone knows how to get rid of this ailment? There's hardly any air left. My doctor told me nothing helpful was recommended.
