Нам помог бипантен и смена подгузника, взяли японские genki и прошло все, но летом так и будет, поэтому дома обычные трусы и в них пеленки вкладыши

Моему помогла самая простая присыпка и голопопство(воздушные ванны) а ещё подмывание перед каждым подгузником
