Is it correct that hematoma is an exsanguination? Sometimes they write about someone having a hematoma, but I don't understand what they mean.

Нет, это две разные вещи. Отслойка это вообще плохо.

Гематома и бывает от отслойки

Гематома это скопление крови в месте отслойки

Гематома это згусток крови. Он может появиться от травмы или сосуд лопнул и под кожно скопилась кровь

Гематома это своеобразный синяк/сгусток крови на месте отхождения хориона(будущей плаценты). Не совсем отслойка, просто мог недоприкрепиться и в этой полости образуется гематома. Обычно при должном лечении все нормализуется без проблем
