Тут два варианта либо давать после каждого кормления грудью грамм 30 либо заменять пару кормлений вообще на смесь. Мы сначала докармлевали потом начали заменять

При лактационном кризе мы перешли на смешанном питании, после кормления давала 30 мл смеси. Через пару дней вовсе отказалась от груди ??‍♀️
