Парацетамол можно ,и детский Нурофен. Почистить зуб щеткой, и полоскать чем нибудь. Содой или календулой. Немного станет легче

У меня брекеты и во ремня бр и родов и щас тоже. Помогала себе водкой как бы это не звучало, глоток набирала и полоскали зубы и так раза 4 подряд и все просто переставала ощущать боль. Позже нашла спрей ангилекс он идёт обезболивающий и мы тоже на гв я им пользуюсь.
