The gynecologist told me to wash my perineum. Sitting down. Do you think this will help? I'm supposed to give birth by May 29th if not, they said they would put me in. Three times a day she told me to wash and the neighbor might go wash too ? If I don't give birth myself then contractions will be more painful, she said. Now I have to call someone. How do I do that? Help, please tell me ?
