Hello everyone. Did you take any vitamins after childbirth? (from iHerb, for example?) Can I take chlorophyll if I plan to breastfeed?

Обращайтесь к врачу, и сдайте анализы на витамины, лишний раз не стоит принимать

Я после родов пила железо, йод и комплекс по показаниям. Проконсультируйтесь с врачом, что бы вы ни решили пить, особенно на ГВ

Обязательно принимайте! Особенно биотин! Волосы сейчас будут не падать а сыпаться. Д3 можно ,магний и др
