Hello moms ? I wanted to ask what you recommend buying for postpartum recovery (latex corset or nursing bra). And how many days after childbirth can we wear them, if the birth was natural?

Многие советуют бенкунг так как удобный и для востановление органов а корсет после 3 месяцов советуют так как он помогает убрать живот и вытянуть талию а бенкунг для первичного востановление

я одевала бандаж через 3 часа после родов,бенкунг вообще штука классная,но ей можно навредить перетяжкой и долго вязать его)))

Лучше бандаж-корсет. Говорят надо 2 месяца носить
