Ирина, Разводить охлаждённой кипячённой водой до крылышек флакона. Давать по 10 капель добавляю в воду и даю перед едой. Эффект заметен,но я ещё даю баксет беби пребиотики. И колики проходят и стул наладился. В общем я довольна.
