с 36 недели начните пить отвар из листьев малины. он хорошо помогает раскрытию. и в Инстаграм есть хорошие курсы, вот их ник @kurs_materinstva , у них отличные и онлайн, и оффлайн курсы

в эпоху вирусов лучше онлайн-курсы. в интернете можно кучу роликов найти. берегите себя и не ходите в массовое скопление людей. ?
