If it's normal during the day but only appears in the evening on legs just before bed. Is this normal or also dangerous?

Конечно за целый день нагрузка и к вечеру отёки. Если на утро у вас всё проходит и анализы в норме то всё хорошо

Отеки опасны, когда сопровождаются высоким давлением и деком моче. В остальных случаях не страшно, нужно просто наблюдать за своим состоянием
