Я в первую беременность работала в Москве, гражданство Беларуси, все официально, ушла в декрет, думала, что будут выплаты, но оказалось, что работодатель не делал на меня отчисления в фонд соц.защиты и выплат не будет. Может за это время что и изменилось, но сомнительно, тем более, если вы не трудоустроены.
