Submitted application for a benefit through messages on 1414. They have already assigned it. I opened a special account in the state bank, got a card. Now I'm curious how they will get to my card if I didn't specify the card number? Do I need to activate this card somehow? I tried adding this card to hisv, but it doesn't work, I need to deduct 50,000 Tenge, but it's empty, only benefits can fall there. Or did I not fully complete the application? I don't understand at all ???
