There are occasional red spots on the diaper in the area of the penis. I heard that newborns have salt discharge, but what about a almost 7-month-old baby?

К врачу обратитесь. Вы правы, у грудных детей это норма. У 7 месячных не могу сказать, но я б сходила к врачу. Мочу сдать как минимум точно.
