Hello everyone. Can you please tell me if I will be paid maternity leave if I enrolled in prenatal care at 8 weeks and submit a claim at 20 weeks? What documents do I need (not through government services)? And can I apply without my husband? (We don't live together, we don't communicate, but haven't filed for divorce yet).

Документы мужа обязательны. Выплатят с того момента как подадите документы. Тоесть с 8 по 20 неделю ничего не получите, только после с 20 по 40

Можно сходить в многофункциональный центр, у нас это МФЦ называется, там заполните заявление. Обязательно с собой справку о том , что вы рано встали на учёт , заранее возьмите у гинеколога.( хотя мфц могут сами эту информацию запросить в консультации , можно позвонить и уточнить )Ну и все все стандартные документы нужно будет(паспорт, Снилс) и ещё нужно оформить карту Мир, только на неё будет приходить пособие . Без мужа оформить сможете , МФЦ сами делают запросы по месту работы супругов.
