Начните с безмолочных каш и этим замените смесь .

У вас уже лактация установилась. Молоко теперь вырабатывается в основном тогда, когда ребёнок сосет грудь, если он наедается и хорошо прибавляет в весе, то не нужна никакая смести, а кашки, как советуют выше, до 6 месяцев давать не стоит, это уже с началом прикорма
