Нужно во первых вам иммунитет укрепить.а горло мне помогает полоскать фурацилин, ещё мукалтином можно. А вместо каплей я звёздочку на спинку носа мажу.

Тоже каждый месяц болею ? как только признаки появляются, полощу нос и горло солевым раствором, много пью жидкости, чаще гуляю и проветриваю

У обычно промываю горло и нос с обычной солью потом после всего капаю в нос нафазалин и брызгаюсь Ингалиптом или Люголей. И пью побольше жидкости с малиной или Инсти
