Today I was at the gynecologist for an ultrasound — the baby's head has dropped into the pelvis. Measurements match the due date, but oddly she said I'll probably be walking around for another couple of weeks? I don't know whether to be happy or not? On one hand I really want to give birth already, but on the other it's kind of easier now, and after birth everything will be different? (sleepless nights and so on) There are practice contractions and that's it, but it feels muffled like being in a tank?? I think I'm transitioning?
