Hello! Did anyone have knee pain during my period? A dull ache appears at night, and it's impossible to sleep. I wanted to apply "Быструмгель", but in the instructions I read that it is contraindicated in the third trimester ? How can I ease the pain? ?

Было терпела. Муж просыпался оттого что я не сплю, а готова на стену лезть, и компресс делал, мял, гладил. Только так. Или терпела

Тоже болели. Да всё блин ныло(( последние недели 3-4 вообще не спала практически ночью вертелась

Я при очень сильных болях мазала меновазином. Мне прописывала врач. Сказала можно им.
