Dear ladies, it's been almost a month since childbirth and I still can't get back to myself. I'm feeling depressed, losing all motivation even for basic self-care. Since my delivery was difficult, I constantly think about it, sometimes even crying. And on top of that, there are so many advisors telling me how to raise my child. Has this happened to you? How did you deal with it? Maybe there are some books or videos on how to come back to yourself after childbirth and stop being a sad sack? ?
