Girls, hi. Happy New Year! Could you please tell me if I need to take a break for work in 1-1.5 hours? I'm leaving home around 1:00 PM, should I leave early or an hour earlier? And after that, should I leave a bottle in the room or in the fridge?

Я сцеживалась перед выходом. Конечно в холодильник. Потом на водяной бане подогреть.

Сцеживаюсь утром. И в холодильник к задней стенке. Ухожу в 3, прихожу в 6-7. Бабушка просто на водяной бане нагревает и кормит
