Hello everyone! I'm in my 20th week of pregnancy and I feel irrational anger and aggression. Everything is irritating me and getting on my nerves. And on top of that, there's a strong urge to cry. This happened only in the first trimester, but now it's repeating. I try to control the aggression, but tears are hard to hold back. I'm wrapping myself up in small things and shutting myself off from everyone in the room, just to cry. Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal? I understand hormones are all over the place, but I didn't expect them to be so intense.
