I had a cesarean section. Now I have pain in my uterus or possibly in my left fallopian tube. The pain is dull and sharp. What could it be? I can't see a gynecologist right now.

Сходить надо обязательно! Может воспаление или спаечный процесс.

Я тоже к гинекологу не ходила, но для себя на узи просто сходила через 2 месяца после кс.

А вы были на контрольном узи после родов? Это же ваше женское здоровье, постарайтесь сходить обязательно, это ведь, что угодно может быть??‍♀️ Не затягивайте)
