Хрипеть и сопеть они могут первые месяцы, у нас так было, булькало все время, от молока, в носоглотке собиралось, ну и слюни когда начали примерно в этом возрасте. Ингаляции без назначения ни в коем случае нельзя!!!

никаких ингаляций тем более физ раствором,в вашем возрасте надо наблюдать и выяснить причину кашля и насморка,от прохладного воздуха дети не болеют.Вас педиатр и микроклимат помещения, проветривания,промывание и увлажнение носа
