They told me the baby is fine, but he's already 3700 g (+-530 g) — like I'm small and the fetus is big for me and I'll have complications, they said induction is needed otherwise you'll end up with a C-section, said the sonographer. And I urgently need to do a CTG, I think she said, I didn't understand exactly, and to monitor the baby's condition for half an hour but I didn't understand why. In general they gave me time until the end of the week — if I don't give birth they'll induce. I'm very afraid of inductions ?, I've set myself up for a natural birth and every day I wait for contractions but there are none and none ?, only practice contractions every other day... I read that with inductions it's unrealistically more painful compared to natural labor and now the fear won't go away...? Also at 34 weeks pregnant I went to the maternity hospital with contractions, I had 2 cm dilation, but they suppressed them with nifedipine because they said 8-month babies don't survive, "try to carry to term" they said ? and until 37 weeks when I had pain they told me to take this nifedipine. I wonder — could it be because of this that now there are no contractions?!
