well hi to all the mamas🙋♀️... I think I'm back to myself, rested and regained my strength, because these past days I really didn't need my phone, had no energy, wasn't in the best state. Anyway, I gave birth quickly and well. I gave birth in Temirtau — the attitude in the delivery room here is awful, God forbid you end up with people like that. I apparently got a bad team. It all depends on the shift. Mine was 💩💩💩💩💩. There was no epidural; I delivered on my own, with my own strength and with God's help. Now I'm lying here but I'm happy with my little one. I gave birth to 2,800 g, 50 cm, and I didn't tear at all. I hope they'll discharge me tomorrow. To everyone who hasn't given birth yet — strength and patience, have your babies. And those who already have, let's enjoy it
