Мы обналичиванием щас законным путём, почему не законно то, только это нужно иметь второго ребёнка? Мы оформили выплату через мат капитал, приходит частями, естественно) С первым не обналичить)

Согласна с Яной , законно можно сделать только так. Да , и если у вас 1 ребенок , вы сможете внести капитал только в ипотеку, сад и пенсию мамы до 3х лет .
