Hello everyone Insomnia started at week 24, my schedule is completely messed up I fall asleep at 9 pm, wake up at 2 am, can't fall asleep until ≈6 am Then I sleep until 1 pm ?? How did you deal with this stage? Or just wait and hope it will pass by itself?)
