кто как, и что имеете ввиду под восстановлением? если здоровье то это индивидуально сугубо. если фигура, тоже самое, если активность то обычно до 40 дней даётся время чтоб женщина пришла в себя, родные должны помочь молодой маме с бытовыми нуждами, женщине надо больше лежать чтоб органы встали на место

у меня вышло 2-3 месяца, я сбросила всё что набрала за беременность но не было отдыха и помощи, возможно из-за этого + стресс (ребёнок жил ночной жизнью)
