Can someone tell me when it's better to start wearing a binder after a C-section? It's only been a month since the operation. On the 3rd day after the surgery the surgeon said it was okay to wear one ? I didn't risk it because the stitches hadn't been removed by then and, basically, the lower abdomen is still numb and a little sore.
