My mom gave birth at 15 years old easily. She never had any difficulties with me, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все связано с индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 15, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
