My mother had me at 15. She never had any problems with me, I developed relatively normally. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I'm in the same age group as my pregnancy. Can I also hope for a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 15, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
