My mom gave birth at 18 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm in a similar position. What is unexpected: I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth sailing?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 18, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
