Who had rapid or fast labor? How did the postpartum recovery process go? For me, after two days my whole body was aching (especially my back and buttocks) — I just lay there ( I also have external stitches ? Tell me how you recovered :)

У меня с первым были стремительные, схваток даже не было. Кстати тоже мальчик, говорили что схватки при мальчиках менее болезненные. Боли и дискомфорт после родов конечно были, это нормально, органы и каналы принимают нормальное положение. Швоф не было, восстановление было быстрым. Советую держать все время рядом слабый раствор марганца и при каждом походе в туалет подмывать им, не нужно никаких манипуляций, просто проливать. Очень хорошо стерилизует и заживляет. Поздравляю!
