Girls, my lower back has been hurting since 11:30 — it comes and goes, sometimes feels like contractions, but it's still too early for me. I'm lying here and can't fall asleep, just keep tossing and turning.

Ложные схватки начались. Тока терпеть. Можно в ванну тёплую лечь. На мяче покататься. Дышать глубоко. Как то так вот я справляюсь. Тоже тяжко уже устала. Боли с каждым днем все сильнее. Не сплю ночами
