My mother gave birth at 23. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 23, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
