My mom gave birth at 23 without complications. She never had any problems with me growing up, I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my belly. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 23, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
