My mother gave birth at 25 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm in the same age category as she was during her pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

На самом деле не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все определяется конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 25, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
