Hi girls! How can I give birth as soon as possible?

Hi girls! How can I give birth as soon as possible? I’m already 39 weeks, I’m afraid the baby will keep getting bigger, and the pain in my back and hips won’t let me sleep properly! I move a lot — I even mop the floor every day — but the baby doesn’t want to come out! Please help, does anyone have any ideas?

Боли будут,но чтобы родить раньше срока не знаю даже что посоветовать.Сама прошла через такое,понимаю как это.Скажите мужу пусть массирует спину,легче станет.А вообще слышала что папина процедура помогает быстрее родить,для расширения шейки
