My mom gave birth at 36 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 36, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
