My mom gave birth at 47 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will go smoothly too?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий период для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 47, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
