My mother gave birth at 47 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все связано с имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 47, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
