My mom gave birth at 49 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my womb. What unexpected: I am as old as them. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 49, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
