My mom gave birth at 55 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 55, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
