At 24 weeks of a twin pregnancy, a recent ultrasound indicated that the size corresponds to 23 weeks; previously, there was only a 2-3 day lag. According to tests, there is anemia and very low ferritin levels. Could this be affecting it?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant, I used to have very strong hunger pangs, immediately after waking up I wanted to eat a lot, but there was nausea. For three days now this feeling of hunger has disappeared and so has the nausea, is that normal?
