Hi ? Today we did an ultrasound and found that the child has kidney dilation in the kidneys. It's currently 38 weeks pregnant. Has anyone had something similar and how dangerous is it? ?

We had the same. When I was pregnant they also saw the renal pelvises on both sides. Now the child is 2 years old; we're still being monitored and do a urine test every month. Don't worry too much — doctors say everything can return to normal by one year.

I had the same thing a week before I gave birth. After I delivered everything was fine — they said it happens and may go away on its own.
