I'm 30 weeks pregnant and i have diarrhea and cramping all day, but now at night its only cramping... any safe home remedies i can take to reduce the stomach cramps

I fell on my side and im 29 weeks pregnant... the baby is kicking, dont have any pains and no blood is coming out or any fluid... will i need medical attention as soon as possible???
