I fell on my side and I'm 29 weeks pregnant... the baby is kicking, don't have any pain and no blood is coming out or any fluid... will I need medical attention as soon as possible?

As long as you didn't fall directly on your bump. You should be fine, but just make sure from your doctor

to be safe just go to your doctor and let him check you and the baby out, then you'll sleep better knowing that everything is fine with you and the baby
